®®Our Aluminum radiators are designed to withstand the toughest offroad abuse.  A built-in tranny cooler is standard.  They can also be used as a HD replacement for a stock 4.0L or 2.5L by swapping the inlets.  This is one killer radiator for an incredible price!

Your install time is greatly cut down with our integrated harnesses.  Each harness is custom tailored to your specific Jeep.  You will need to send in your PDC (power distribution center) located on the fender and the wiring that leads into the inside of the tub.  Just disconnect it at the plugs immediately after it enters.  Send the harness to us and we'll work the HemI magic and get it back to you.  (roughly 3-4 weeks)  This wiring phenomenon also applies to the 5.2L and 5.9L Dodge Magnum engines.  We can also do the 4.7L.  Contact us for more info.

The current engine mounts that we offer are sturdy, custom designed HD  mounts specifically for TJ Wrangler HEMI engine conversions. The HD motor mount is laser cut from 1/4' thick steel and houses a pressed-in rubber bushing that withstands the horsepower and torque delivered by the HEMI. The rubber bushing is designed to provide superior vibration control and also allows the engine to be placed at the proper angle for drivetrain compatibility. The custom weld on motor mounts provide the best solution for strength and dependability over universal bolt in mounts that have the potential to shear from the frame under high torque and high horsepower loads.
